Call for contributions
The department of Computer Science, Data and Artificial Intelligence will propose an event dedicated to PhD students on Thursday June 10th. It will most probably be a remote event. The main goal is to allow PhD students to present their work. This day will also be the opportunity to invite confirmed researchers for additional presentations.
The presentation of the PhD students will take place in two phases:
- a short presentation (3 minutes)
- discussions around a poster
In addition, PhD students are invited to record short videos (3 minutes) that will be published before the event.
A the end of the day, two prizes will be awarded: one for the best video and one for the best poster.
Submissions will be done via the "My Submission" link. It will be possible to post a short description of your work, possibly with links towards external documents. Videos can be transmitted using FileSender.
Important dates:
- May 18th May 21st: submission deadline
- May 20th May 25th: author notification
- June 3rd: video publication
- June 10th: student's day
We invite all PhD students from our department to submit their contributions, and to participate to this event. Do not forget to save the date (June 10th)!
